世界初のN.pervilleriの自家交配及びN.bicalcarataとの交配、N.clipeata N.northianaなどの栽培品に世界のネペンテスマニアが注目を集めました。
また三尾氏がスマトラのある山で見つけたN.talangensisの四倍体と思われる個体についても報告した。
